Ordering & Process
How do I place an order? +
Browse our products, select your size, fill in your details, and choose your preferred pickup date. You can pay online via Stripe or request an invoice. Please note: a deposit of at minimum half of the total order amount is required to officially place your order. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm all details.
Do I need to have my design ready before ordering? +
No — you can place your order without a design. Simply select "No — I Need a Design" on the order form and a $25 design fee will be added to your total. Our team will create a custom design based on the details you provide in the notes field.
Mock-Ups & Revisions
Will I receive a mock-up before my order is printed? +
Yes — a mock-up is provided for every order, but no sooner than 48 hours after the initial deposit is received. Every design is allowed up to 2 free revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your mock-up.
Turnaround & Pickup
How long does it take to complete my order? +
All standard orders are completed in just 3 days from the time your deposit is received and your design is approved. Your selected pickup date must be at least 3–5 business days from the date you order.
Can I receive my order earlier than the standard turnaround time? +
Yes — rush orders are available, but a rush fee will apply:
  • Same Day Rush: $100
  • Next Day Rush: $50
  • 2-Day Rush: $35
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm rush availability.
Do you offer shipping or delivery? +
At this time, all orders are pick up in store only at our South Holland, IL location. We will notify customers as soon as additional fulfillment options become available.
What are your store hours? +
We are open Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM. We are located at 500 W Armory Dr, South Holland, IL 60473.

How can I pay for my order? +
We accept the following payment methods:
  • Online via Stripe — credit or debit card, paid directly on the order page
  • Invoice — request an invoice and we will contact you to arrange payment
  • Cash in person — cash payments are accepted at our South Holland, IL location

Installation
Do you offer professional installation? +
Yes — professional installation is available for floor wraps, window wraps, entry ways, and accordion walls. Installation pricing varies based on the size and location of the job. Please contact us for an installation quote before or after placing your order.
Refund Policy
What is your refund policy? +
All orders and deposits are non-refundable. Because every product is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and a deposit has been received. Please review your order details carefully before submitting. If you have any concerns, contact us before placing your order.
